“But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth; for the Father seeketh such to worship Him. God is a Spirit; and they that worship him must worship Him in spirit and in truth” (John 4:23-24).
“O come, let us worship and bow down: let us kneel before the Lord our Maker. For He is our God, and we are the people of His pasture, and the sheep of his hand. Today if ye will hear His voice, harden not your heart, as in the provocation, and as in the day of temptation in the wilderness” (Psalm 95:6).
“And behold there came a leper and worshipped him, saying, Lord, if thou will, thou can make me clean. And Jesus put forth his hand, and touched him, saying, I will; be thou clean. And immediately his leprosy was cleansed” (Matthew 8:2-3).
“And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people, Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to Him, for the hour of His judgement is come: and worship Him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountain of waters” (Revelation 14:6-7).
